    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes our prices on the web cover shipping costs to Canada and Continental USA. Other international orders many have additional shipping charges. Shipping charges do not cover any customs, brokerage or tax related costs.

    How to pay for your purchase?

    We have many different payment methods. For online purchase Credit Card., PayPal, for formal purchase order offers we except wire transfer established credit.

    What is the warranty?

    Most instruments come with an OEM limited one-year warranty.

    What about annual calibration?

    We can arrange annual calibrations with one of our agents on every device we sell. Either on customers site or in our office.

    What happens if a new item needs repair?

    If an item needs repair call us ahead for a Return Authorization number simple enough?
